Short meditations for migraines

In addition to the meditations listed in my other post for Youtube, I also have a collection on Spotify that I can use wherever I am.

The nice thing about short meditations, is that you can do them in between regular tasks and routines when you find yourself with a few minutes to spare. They also help to get you used to the idea of meditating, as it can initially be quite confronting to sit still and be quite for so long. I wasn’t a huge fan at first, as I felt there were always other places to be and things to do (especially when you lose so much time to being sick), but now I think a meditation a day seems to keep the migraines at bay.
